Who We Are

Established in 2005, Huizhou Hi-zealed Electronic Co., Ltd. is located in Zhongkai High-tech Development Zone, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. At the beginning of its establishment, Hz mainly focused on OEM processing of electronic products and became a supplier of well-known enterprises and brands such as TCL company, GP Electronics, and Light Engine company. Over the years, it has been unanimously affirmed by customers.

In 2011, Hz started independent design, research and development, production, and sales. After more than ten years of development and precipitation, the main products are: Power Inverter, Portable Energy Storage Inverter Boards, OEM/ODM products, and other PCBA and finished product assembly.

How about your goods’ quality?

All products provided with 100% burn-in tests. Our quality control is strictly executed under ISO9001 system.

What is the delivery time?

For sample orders and regular orders, if the products are in stock. We can ship within 2-3 working days.

Depending on the quantity, we can generally ship within 15-20 working days.

For OEM/ODM order, according to the consultation with the customer, we will try our best to cooperate.

What kind of payment does HzInverter accept?

HzInverter accepts Western Union, T/T, Money Gram, Paypal, L/C,etc.

What will HzInverter do if the products we get are malfunctional?

Please describe the problem in detail. Our professional engineers will first analyze the problem, and generally the most common cause is connection error. If there is something wrong with our products, we will replace them free of charge.

Is it OK to print my logo on products and use my own package and trade mark?

Yes. Use your own logo, packaging and trade mark design is ok.

The inverter triggers alarm？

The main reason is that the instantaneous current is too large, which causes the detection voltage to be too low and triggers a low-voltage alarm.

Solution: Please restart the inverter several times.

The inverter cannot drive the load?

Reasons:

The load power is too large, or the actual power of the electrical appliance exceeds the nominal power.
The starting power is greater than the rated power (especially for electrical appliances with motors).
The battery is too small.

Solutions:

Reduce the load power, or Turn on the appliance first, then turn on the inverter.
Choose a larger inverter.
Replace a larger battery and make sure the battery is fully charged.
